The lack of a legit post threat really hurt the Heat in the comeback loss to the Mavs last night. A few trips inside to get a quality shot is a nice option to have late in games. Jacking 3's not the answer.
Coach Rapkin from our GCU Lacrosse program was in my office. He was expressing how he loved to watch the post season of any sport. At this point he felt players were accepting of their roles, dropping their ego and doing what is necessary to win. The question he raised is how do we get players to play like that all season? The boiling point where only winning matters and personal statistics become irrelevant.
